Are any of these issues still around? A couple of them used to be on the previous site, but I can't seem to find them here. I would love to see these or any other issues of the digest.

your best bet is to contact davepeck... when the site was moved here, there were some things that were definitely lost in transition. if anyone has backups of things like that, I would be it would be him.
