New Haven Public Schools-Hide Stupid Kids From the State

Anyone remember the episode of Famliy Guy where the Quahog school system expells it\'s dumbest student, Chris Griffin, in an effort to raise standardized test scores?

Well the New Haven Public School system has employeed the same strategy. Only with 200 students.
