I believe DerickW has success with these tickets. He seems to be at a Yankee/Red Sox game every year sometime twice/thrice.

unless you get the other lotto for green monster/right field roof deck, this appears to be the only way to attempt and get sox yankees tickets. Nothing like wasting a saturday morning in a virtual waiting room. :banghead:
