Swami Bananahedanada rules on eating:
You must eat what not you wish to eat, but what you need to eat.
The food you seek must be of a high quality nutritious value.
Even if looks icky, tastes icky, smells icky, you must eat it because it is there.
The bowels of a pig may be tasty, but is not icky enough for the body to be nourished.
Sliced hunks of grilled flesh may be fun for you to eat, but brussel sprouts are icky good!
If it is icky, it is good for you. If it is yummy, it is bad for you!
This is the way of the Swami. You must eat the way of the Swami for good health!
Swami Bananahedananda\'s favorite dish:

one cup vinegar, two cups baking soda, three cups chili powder, one tube of Tom\'s natural
toothpaste, one grain of brown rice and blend well in a well blender.

Take dry mixture and roll in fresh banana peels.
