I just felt an enormous rush of jealousy sweep through my brittle body. Phuck. Shits gonna be whacky.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

Stage looks big enough to do a Thriller dance routine like the video...

So.... why would you need a spirit squad unless you had a need for some mass choreographed dance project? Hmmm...
Where to next?

If there\'s any truth to Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings being involved, THEN Thriller would be off the fucking hook. If Sharon takes over the vocals, and obviously the horns will pull of the lines, then Phish rolling through some Thrilla jams would be fucking awesome. I don\'t give a fuck about nay-sayers, that would be a ridiculous set. Hope it happens. Probably won\'t.

The only thing Thriller had going for it was novelty.
Musically it would have been a farce.
Great album.  Horrible for Phish.
Away with the pretenders.  What\'s left are the real heavy-hitting contenders.

remember phish loves to tease albums in early in the show and then not play them.

94 - harpua>vibration of death >war pigs >harpua
dark side of the moon >ed sullivan >white album to open set 2

and 96 I think, harpua > beat it > harpua, set 2 = quadrophinea

Not if SJ & The Dap Kings were there. That was my only point. Otherwise, agreed.

And Thiller is all about Zombies rising from the dead, and California was nixed off that list for a while too.  Thiller. Count on it.

I\'ll be at a HalloWEEN party. Actually the party doesn\'t reference Ween at all. I\'ll stay near my friends with iPhones to get setlist updates.
