has anyone else noticed that some of the albums on the Indio website have been modified?

i.e. Fishman\'s face on one of the electric ladies?

and

T. REX\'s "x" is missing the bottom right part to spell T. REY.

doubt it has anything to do with album choice, but both albums are still "alive".  i didn\'t take the time but i assume there are other modifications for mike and page.

Uh yeah it was mentioned weeks ago in this very thread.

cool... glad i didn\'t spend hours reading all the shit that has been posted... you did. :)

Q: Is $60 a reasonable amount to pay for an upper deck Albany show ticket?

I would think so. tickets sold for $50 before the fees, and I was only able to pull upper deck tickets. once you add in the service charges and shipping fees, $60 is basically face.

So the heard just got thinned out a little.  This is what\'s left...

Bruce Springsteen | Born To Run
Chicago | The Chicago Transit Authority
David Bowie | Hunky Dory
David Bowie | Ziggy Stardust
Elton John | Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Frank Zappa | Apostrophe
Genesis | The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway
Jimi Hendrix | Electric Ladyland
King Crimson | Larks\' Tongues In Aspic
Led Zeppelin | I
MGMT | Oracular Spectacular
Michael Jackson | Thiller
Minutemen | Double Nickels On The Dime
Pink Floyd | The Wall
Prince | Purple Rain
Radiohead | Kid A
Rolling Stones | Exile on Main Street
T.Rex | Electric Warrior
Television | Marquee Moon
Van Morrison | Astral Weeks
Yes | The Yes Album

There\'s about 5-6 albums left that I\'d actually want to hear them play...

Frank Zappa | Apostrophe
I hope they don\'t play this. Only because I would be kicking my ass for missing it. What a phenomenal show that would be.

the 4 tickets i got had a $50 service fee. so 12.50 per ticket + 3.75 handling

so i would say it is a little less then face depending on how they bought them

I\'d like to take one large dump on the possibility of Exile On Main Street at the cover album...  I\'d sacrifice Born To Run if that meant that they wouldn\'t cover The Rolling Stones...

As of now just a rumor. Update on jamtopia:

"Update: Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings @ F8? (October 24th @ 10:30 pm)

Here\'s a rumor that, if true, has been of the better kept secrets of this whole affair.

As posted in this comment, word is Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings will join Phish for the musical costume at Festival 8.

The video at right should give you a good idea of Ms. Jones\'s superb vocals and the Dap-Kings funk / soul musical stylings.

No complaints from this guy if this is legit, which I believe it be. Especially if it means an Exile on Main Street (or Let it Bleed) costume."

Seems a stretch, but that would be fucking sick.

And excuse me for my ignorance, but what\'s the connection between Jones & The Daps to Exile and Let It Bleed?

What\'s funny is that their next show listed is at Higher Ground in mid-November. This all seems so fucking random.
