it not only phish who you can\'t get tickets too......just got shut out for U2 tickets

stubhub has your Foxboro U2 tickets in the upper-deck for $58+ whatever fees.  The tickets are out there; it\'s not that expensive for those seats to just be there.  If you\'re snotty and want front-row, you\'ll pay.

Who has tickets to Phish in August at the Meadows?

I am currently quoting out 30 person party buses to take to and from the New Haven/Wallingford area to Hartford. Probably leave around 3.

Price per person is about $55-60 includes driver tips.

If there is any interest in this let me know.

To give an idea this is what I am talking about.

No need to worry about the drive there or home. Party as hard as we want.

Let me know if there is any interest because I am going to put a hold on something, if there isn\'t enough to fill it, then I will downsize but see no reason why celebrating Phish in the summer shouldn\'t be done in style.

I\'m going to the show but will be coming back from darien and leaving for vt right after the show,  so makes no sense for me.

Those prices are pretty reasonable with all things considered.

Also, if anyone knows of someone local or personally knows of someone, I am more than happy to talk to them regarding August.

Everyone will have enough time to tailgate at the lot and be home without a care.

Supposedly we can tailgate right out of the bus. Why not?

I\'m not 20 anymore and don\'t need to pull into the lot with my heady sticker laden car, so, might as well live while I am young.

I\'ll buy the SB the next day and enjoy it from the comfort of my own home for $9.99 without having to deal with TM/LN and the new breed of wannabees that this tour will no-doubt breed...

That looks incredible.  Unfortunately the departure time probably knocks me right out.  If I\'m not the only person shackled by employment, and the time gets pushed back- let me know.

I am open for whenever to leave.

I figure get it into the open now and we can all see what works best.

I plan on taking that Friday off and the following Monday to recoup from the SPAC

Sounds like a very weak alternative.  Phish\'s music vs. concert experience is like Night and Day IMO.  Meadows tickets might seem tough to get now, but the shows are still 5 months away.  Even if you have to pay a small premium for a ticket by showtime it will be worth it...especially if you only plan on seeing one or two shows.

Not being a debbie downer... Unless phish was playing in my backyard, I\'m not traveling to see them... I love the music and the Hampton shows have me hopeful that they won\'t sound like shit like the last time around... But lawn seats now cost what reserved seats had cost and reserved seats now cost what the shitty seats for a rolling stone\'s tour would be...  This way I don\'t have the stress of having to get tickets; I have the money in my pocket; I don\'t have to deal with the crowds and I don\'t have to deal with the latest crop of wannabees that are there for the scene first and the music second... I know that I\'m missing out on a good portion of the experience, but this way I can enjoy the music where, when and with whom I want to...

Nah. I have no use for bulk shipments of spandex bicycle shorts.

Ser, though- people might.  It\'s  pretty recoginzable packaging, and I\'ve had tix not show up before.  Last years\' STP comes to mind.
