So I called the bartender "Broseph" last night...
« on: June 22, 2008, 12:25:50 pm »
...to get his attention.  (like "yo broseph!").  and i think he was kinda offended at first cause he didnt really know what i said.  i explained myself and told him its a variation of "bro" that I picked up from people in CT that I know.

I find myself slowly picking up on CT/new haven/breakfast lingo as i am around this crowd more.  I say "are you ser?" now all the time too.

I still laugh when I\'m out there and hear broseph actually used in conversation.

A few months back I said \'Sorry chip\' to one of the Doctors at work!!
It\'s not the drinking

It\'s more the clinking
And the toast that you make

I have various foreigners here at work using Broseph, Chip, etc.  I really ought to capture a video of unassuming people using .info terminology.
