Is my ISP (Comcast) blocking me from uploading? I quasi-recall a thread about this, but I couldn\'t find it. I can upload while downloading a torrent, but once it\'s done, it stops uploading too. I have tried this with a number of BT clients on "the pig", etree, and other sites.  I\'ve also exhausted portforward.com. Any help?
