No shit Klout.

My 1st Subura was a 1990 Loyale. I remember driving it up a steep backwoods dirt road with 2 feet of fresh snow. Uphill. That car was a tractor on rails.

My 2nd Subaru was a 1995 Legacy. Made it to 290,000 miles (still drove like a champ) until I gave it to my friend\'s son last week... this is the car that made it to so many Breakfast shows and festivals, I will love it forever!

Then just this month I got a 1998 Subaru Forester with only 160,000 miles. Practically new in Subaru terms

290K? good lord! That must have been hard to let go!

I am at 146K right now. Still runs like the day I got her. 90% original parts.

my parents live on a steep hill that gets lots of lake effect snow so i have def done the up hill powder thing. Its fun. I like your tractor analogy. I can relate. I always thought of it as a big heated snow mobile when I was in those situations.

but yea...best cars ever...hands down. I hope they come out with a kick ass hybrid soon. that will be my next car

For real I\'m waiting for Subaru\'s plug-in hybrid or all-electric.

Their cars are just so quality.
