Great Merge and great show galenas! I had a blast at that one.

A slow Merge is much more than a mere novelty. I think it shows the depth of the tune when its played at different tempos and still works, imo. Fast, slow, funk, whatever, just merge!!

I seem to remember referring to one as a funk Merge, but I can\'t recall what show that was. I guess I\'ll have to go through all of the Merges I can find!

pulled this one off the shelf and its a searing, ripping performance. The jam > Funk-A is tasty and this Merge is demonic!

But, its not the one I am thinking of. Or is it? I am listening now and it just dropped into a definite funky groove. Man, this is sick. Yes, I think this is the one. So maybe its not a funk Merge per se, but it certainly gets a little funky!

Nice run of shows for the PB in late August. Some super ser-ness with Pevar on 8/23, this funky throwdown of a show, then the show on 8/25 which the first half shreds in the \'normal\' PB fashion, then gets super weird(listen to this if you haven\'t already) I think the guys took their medications at setbreak. And then the Meadows show with the sick jam and Tribal on 8/26. What the funk!!! good stuff.
