As far as I know, and my knowledge is limited, Rocky Neck is on the Sound, as is basically any saltwater fishing spot in the state of CT for that matter. I\'ve never fished that far down the coastline before so I am not sure how it would be at that Park. I have fished at Hammonassett State Park in Madison though. I assume you are boatless? Anyway, at Hammo there is a rock formation/pier type thingy at the east end of the beach that isn\'t all that bad for fluke and the occasional Blue depending on the tide. At the other end of the beach/park is Megg\'s point, I think there is a pier down there too. Megg\'s point has been known to be a good fishing spot for fluke/blues as well, along with it\'s undertow.
Hope it helps, but like I said my knowledge is limited, I haven\'t been saltwater fishing in ages, but those are the spots I remember out that way. If you have a boat I am sure there are tons of good spots. I am not sure exactly what other types of fish may be out there in the mighty-clean Long Island Sound, as I mostly fished for bluefish and fluke back then.
