The Tobacco Road Project
« on: November 12, 2003, 07:33:23 pm »
Considering the recent events that have caused my favorite venue to close. I will be offerring up all of the shows that I have from Tobacco Road via Bit Torrent. I thought it would be a way to show some love as well as spread the good times that we had on 41st and 9th.

I guess I will start it in Alphabetical order. I have at least 20 shows from this venue and that was just a quick count. I will be offering the Bit Torrents up in a few different volumes I guess. I will try to have Vol. 1 ready to go in the next few days. If anyone wants to help me out or kick down some TR shows let me know. I should have all the PB shows covered as well as the Diesel Experiments.

If you think a show should be added or if you know that you are the only source let me know.

PS. John has mentioned that he will be at Le Bar BaT on Friday night. Someone ask him what will become of all of the Audio / Video that they have. WE NEED TO HAVE IT PRESERVED!!!!. Not to mention the elusive PB 2002-12-31 show that we all want.

Actually after i posted I thought it sounded as if i wasn\'t going. I am still waiting to see if I am going  solo or with Albany crew (kim\'s working AOD shows this weekend) . I think I am gonna go. Do you know what the taping policy is there ? I have never been but have heard good things about the place as far as cool vibe etc. From the few pictures they look to hav an ideal balcony to setup on but again i have never been.

Plus I have to show freddiewhat how to use mkw auido compression tool:)

No. To clarify I DO NOT HAVE PB2002-12-31.

I was at the show but did not tape.

hey man even tapers need to cut loose once in a while :)

I was partying pretty hard at that show. Sometimes I find it difficult to concentrate on expensive audio EQ when I am partying and that is a recipe for disaster. LOL

Those of you who went to the PB show (private party) in Maine might have an idea of what I mean.

VERY good idea
