synergy was also unfinished. about as good as one set can get. good times hangin, and sorry cannontrip i guess we kinda lost ya after the show.....but next time we\'ll figure it out and its on me
-
ended up chatting with some kids from nyc walking down the street for like 45 mins after the show, lol, those dollar shots looked like moonshine and antifreeze.
recording up on lma http://www.archive.org/details/breakfast2010-10-24.flac24
I\'ll update the setlist if anyone wants to add the ^ * # $\'s to it. (tease before queeb, etc.)
-
I there\'s a Glide tease during the intro of Buquebus.
-
the fact that i didn\'t even know this show was happening means i\'ve become far too much of a stranger around here. not good. how\'s everyone doing?
-
Aww Jim, I really could\'ve used your help. I was lost in Yonkers at 4 AM after the show. I am going to get myself a GPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
definitely a wise investment.

Epically good times. For all the shit I went through getting there, the first notes immediately took to me right to where I needed to go.
The opening was Metrop flavored from the git go, and proved to be a pretty good opener. The jam in particular coalesced nicely.
Tunage was huge, sick funky strut jam.
Eppy 1 was a ser treat, as it always is. The guys need to dust off some more of these chestnuts more often! Tasty.
Synergy picked up right on the heels of Happy, and the guys up front got their wish of Buquebus.
Politician was a raucous head banger! Much fun. Nice to see this one make an appearance.
New York is just fucking crazy. I am from a smallish city and have been living more country style for a few years and every time I go to NYC is just a mind blower. I went outside for a smoke and there\'s like 100 people waiting to get into the club upstairs! They had no idea what was going on downstairs. I tried to steer some of them down there using jedi mind powers, but they, like Jabba, were too strong.
Caught Robby Krieger\'s first set at the Iridium before the show and it was good. Robby still rips it up. They played stuff from his new album and of course a couple of Doors tunes at the end. Spanish Caravan with Robby on acoustic was dank. But, I jetted after the first set so I could make the gazillion block walk down into the village.
And my car was still there! No tickets or boots!
Thank you guys for laying it down for us. I\'d do it again in a heartbeat.
I think cannontrip captured the bits and bytes with the zoomer so hopefully it came out ok.
Great to see everyone who made it out and missed all y\'alls who didn\'t. Phish who?
