I\'m always looking for a recommendation for a good game especially since they\'re so expensive.
I just finished Dead Space, and even though I\'m not into the whole survival horror thing, I really enjoyed it.
With the DLC\'s for Fable II and Fallout 3 I\'ve been returning to those two quite a bit, and they both have at least a few more downloads coming. :)
Also really pumped for Prototype, looks amazing.
Infamous looks great too, but I\'m putting off getting a PS3 till there\'s a substantial price drop.
I have a feeling this thread may be dead in the water, but worth a shot.

mostly because i just got a Nintendo DSi and its so fucking cool. probably going to get myself a Wii so i can get City Folk and start playing Mario Kart online....
lol my nintendo games probably dont satisfy your thirst for blood.... if zombie apocalypse is your thing you should check out Left For Dead... though i\'ve been an observer/cheerleader for most of the game i\'ve seen, its pretty impressive....

V.A.T.S. is most awesome!
Far Cry 2 was a lot of fun and I borrowed Fable II and need to again for the DLC.
Just finished up the old Riddick and starting the 2nd game. Great Deal 2 games in one.
Picked up Burnout Paradise for a change up and it is really fun supposed to add a whole new island soon.
Prototype does look killer.

actually not much of a lust for blood (in games atleast ;) ) just a good game. It\'s actually mostly about a good story with me. Mario Kart is a hell of a lot of fun, Super Sluggers is a fun Wii game too. Will admit I haven\'t touched my Wii in a long time though. Left for Dead is supposed to be good but generally not my kinda game. I suck at multiplayer shooters.

sidenote: I just got "We Ski & Snowboard" and I absolutely love playing it! It works with the balance board, or just the remote & nunchucks. I highly recommend :thumbsup:

the wiimotion plus accessory came out this week and it plugs into the bottom of the wiimote. it has an accelerometer inside to make motion sensitivity even more accurate for new games supporting it. i want to get it and try it out with tiger woods 2010. the new wii sports is going to use it also.

I\'ve been playing Prototype the past week or so. I have fun with it, the story can be hard to follow, the way you move around the city is enjoyable, it\'s very hack and slash. I enjoy coming home after a long day and hacking away, it\'s fairly brainless but fun. I\'ve read alot of pretty bad reviews, and I understand where they\'re coming from on some aspects, but again I have fun with it :shrug:

THE CONDUIT just came out and its good if you like 1st person shooters. multiplayer online is a lot of fun and has a few different modes where you can team up with other people or just all kill each other. its compatible with wiispeak so u can talk to people you are playing with. probably the best online game for wii.
get the wii motion plus accessory for Virtua Tennis, Tiger Woods 2010, , and the new Wii Sports Resort in that comes out in July.
NHL 2k9 is a lot of fun with the wiimote, but for a hockey game its not really anything new.
the new Ghostbusters game is ser.
Boom Blox Party Bash is a must have.

i thought the graphics were good on the wii. its not high def, so it should be comparable to ps2. wiimotion plus gives it 1:1 motion detection so you can draw or fade by twisting your wrist. and it makes putting easier.
can u play online at all? the wii version has online tournaments and gets weather updates, so if its raining on the actual course in real life at the time it will be raining in the game.

I can\'t play online, don\'t know if the game has that capibility or not (not even sure if ps2 has that capibility). Pretty cool about the course conditions for the Wii, and how they change to simulate real life times.
