Bullshit - Bruce won the Golden Glober for original song from The Wrestler and non even nominated. Screw Wall-E and Slumdog!
-
The Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack was great. But I don\'t see why Springsteen didn\'t get a nomination, considering there are only three nominees at the moment.
Regarding the Razzies... a friend of mine was asked to vote a few years ago. Not that we ever turn to the Razzies for any real insight, but he said that the voting was a sham. The committee nominates the same movies for every category and was, in this particular year, pushing people to vote for Lindsay Lohan (I Know Who Killed Me). This year they\'re clearly gunning for Uwe Boll. I\'m all for criticism in film, and I think an unbiased ceremony for the worst in film would be interesting, but the Razzies are neither. They\'re just mean.
-
I just love the fact that when Bill Cosby "won" his much-deserved Razzie for Leonard Part 6, he actually showed up to claim it. And probably wore a great sweater.
-
Bruce\'s song the wrestler is better than Streets of Philadelphia and that won him an oscar.

I mean, if \'Repo! The Genetic Opera\' doesn\'t sound like a name fresh off the band names list, then I don\'t know what does. I certainly don\'t think that movie could have been any worse if it was entitled, say, \'Cat in a Backpack\', \'Special Edible Flags\', or \'Fat Men, Bad Sperm\'.
-
Kate Winslet not being nominated for Revolutionary Road is totally ridiculous. Best performance I\'ve seen all year. And Benjamin Button is SOOO overrated, I really hope it doesn\'t win anything.... well, the cinematography was very good, but everything else was brown shite.
-
The curious taste of benjamin\'s button? you sicko!
I am looking forward to seeing Kate\'s performance in RR. Did you see Rachel Getting Married Gordo? Anne Hathaway was phenomenal, I thought. In my opinion, the movie as whole was fantastic and could have gotten another nom. Now with the Oscar nominations announced, I am frustrated to see more of Benjamin Button (In the Best Picture Category!)

No I haven\'t seen it, but will as soon as it comes out on video. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about Hathaway... looking forward to it.
