Post by: ds673488 on February 11, 2008, 11:39:50 am: World Needs us: Grew on me quickly after the first time i heard it. well written and good jam segment. my only criticism is the vocals (specifically in the verses)...which i think could be helped if matt maybe tried belting out, rather than relying on falcetto. All in all, i like the song.

however, matt doesn\'t sing falsetto at all in this song, so i\'m not quite sure what you\'re talking about ds9237846762453485837. the last verse IS belted..... :?:

Post by: ds673488 on February 11, 2008, 12:16:34 pm: i knoew teh last verse is belted...i think he should do that in all the verses. I would consider the first couple verses sort of falcetto. maybe he should drop down an octive in those verses, then do what he normally does in the last verse.

I very much respect his decision to take voice lessons. Finally someone taking the title "professional musician" for its full worth.

Between this jam and Rush\'s they\'ve recently produced two originals that will bring people to their knees.

Check out the last boat cruise version. Is this Striker\'s first contribution? What a debut if it is. Same with Chris, strong first tune to bring in!

maybe the world in the title refers to all the people of the world tho. that would make sense.
