Wait a minute that show just went completely nuts.
-
i had a good feeling the show went a lot longer than the 3 songs in the initial post.
-
dayum. anyone else go? can we get a kangfirmed setlist?
-
this show was the craziest ... and I was at the Rathskeller in \'05 and \'07 ... this was crazier... the boys were on fire ...
"... I put everything I had into that show." - an exhausted Tim P. post-show
and i\'ll tell you they were all lookin\' spent ... 9:15pm - 1:30am ... all Rockin\' ... everything seemed extended ... what a night!
setlist may not be 100% (i.e.) ... I just added the Purple Haze from seeing it on my video ... what else did I forget? ? ?

i was so happy to hear good things! great show!! so glad i left at 7:30 after contemplating staying home after my guinness club meeting after work. thanks for the "convincing" igz :)
set 1 was a "teaser set"....the owner requested that they start at 9, they agreed to start at 9:30 and play a quick 1/2 hour before their dinner was delivered. ate some sushi and then jammed out for 2 more sets.
i think beef barley will always get played in WI, but I don\'t really mind...i love that song.
I don\'t think i\'ve seen cult of personality with chris, and he does a great job on the vocals!
yay buquebus - jam was nuts!
small crowd since there really was no promotion, but as per, those that were there were diggin\' it and stayed \'til the last note.
there was a raffle for a breakfast logo painting someone did that was signed by the band...i wanted to win it, but a guy named Chris (I think it was Chris that won) took it home and said he was going to hang it in his living room.
Dan - nice to meet you. Ricky, always a pleasure...got a pic of you in your Rufus T while they were rockin\' it. My friends Ferris and Steve had a great time even though their ride got pissed when they kept making him buy them shots, so he left. but it all got worked out in the end.
(the voodoo should have the ^^ next to it)
-
looks ser.
-
wow 3 sets plus encore?? we didnt even get that on NYE.
-
sconnie ... it was nice to meet you too! I had no idea you had been to that many shows ... WOW. It was Chris G. who won the poster ... we all call him Scratch ... I really wanted to win it also ... but at least i\'ll get to see it regularly ... i\'ll post a photo so the rest of you can check it out (if I can figure out how to do that). It was also nice to meet Rick ... We got it all Rick!
jam inside Tunage had solos back and forth between Tim and Chris and a short one from Adrian
See the Light does not come out of jam. Starts w/drums from nothing.
Sorry about all the edits [Jam>Tunage(w/solos), See the Light]

glad you guys got the heat out there! you deserve it for having to wait so long!
-
Holy Shit! Last night was pretty amazing. Huge heat. It was fucking ridiculous. I can\'t even pick out any highlights, as the entire show was that good. Not too well attended due to lack of promotion, but those were there.... So glad sconnie made it out and Dan, it was a pleasure to meet you and Chris. Pretty exhausted from the night and the grueling ride home. Not sure if those late night $3 pints of Guinness had anything to do with it. P.S. And no lawn sleeping. ;)

Breakfast have a history of proving themselves time and time again that they are fucking insanely awesome. I only see the setlist and comments but I love to hear the band is raging it far beyond the limits of mainstream humanity and completely exhausted after a 3.5 hour rager like this.... after comments as of late like "they don\'t even play 2 set shows anymore".... n00bs... it\'s not like the band wants to get shafted on their time slots half the time!
Anybody who thinks they can predict a Breakfast show... well  @ you
Prepare to be completely face-melted on any Breakfast occasion. Maybe not all of them. But these guys are putting more love, taste, and intensity into their music than ever.
Proofs in the pudding. And hopefully on camera for this one :D

after comments as of late like "they don\'t even play 2 set shows anymore"
actually, the comment was "they haven\'t played a two-set show in nearly two months", which was completely true. last two-set show before this one was may 15th.
i don\'t care how much fluffing you do. please don\'t misquote me.
-
.... roll the video johnny ...
Metropolis ends Set II (no question)
-
more edits ...
* 4.5 min. jam preceding the start of Buquebus
* can only confirm "don\'t stop" tease (video stopped)
* I believe there is a slight "Eruption"(EVH) tease right at the end of echidna\'s arf (i.e.) he was finger-tapping his guitar (eruptionesque sounds) and we had talked about the song during the previous set-break

emphasis on the NEARLY cuz if it were two whole months. then there\'d have been 2 two set shows that\'ve thrown his whole world off. and its not like quoted person went to a large percentage of those shows anyways, so why the fuck does it matter?

good question. i\'m not the one that keeps bringing it up. i\'m pretty comfortable when people have different opinions than me and i don\'t need to keep bringing shit up over and over again. looks like other people do though, and the current trend is to hop on board and bash me. hey, have a blast!
-
you smell.
that was fun.
and you are short.
lol.:asskicked
-
Yeah! And when you sing in GTB, you\'re totally ripping off Anthony Kiedis. I can\'t believe no one has called you out on this bullshit before. It\'s so blatant. Get your own fucking style dude. Seriously.
-
your whole rap just sucks since garth moved away.
-
I love you.
