I. The Chase, Wake Up In A Coma, Doughboy
Recorded for "SRO" (Standing Room Only) TV show. The band was limited to three five-minute songs. Tim was interviewed afterwards where he was asked such hard pressing questions as "Can you name all of your albums?" and "Why \'The Breakfast\' and not \'The Lunch\'?"
-
Probably about 30-40 people watching, fans included Holly, Zuke, (Zukes girlfriend I\'m guessing?), Peaches, Vallo, Fitzy, Nikki and her Mom. Jordan was playing a brand new Goff organ that was loaned to him for the show. Sound was great, previous band they had redo songs several times so breakfast didn\'t go on probably until like 11. Wuiac seemed long for 5 minutes but I didn\'t time it. Other two were pretty straight forward versions, but wuiac was the obvious highlight with a very transy intro. During the interview tim said "hello boston" which is the closest I\'ve heard from anyone as to where/when this will be broadcast.

uggh, those questions are awful! But, whatcha gonna do.
-
can\'t wait to see it.
-
dude who the fuck would ask questions like that especially to timmy who probably just owned the dude\'s grill ? what a piece of shit

hahahaha shit!
-
def looks like a contender for show of the year 2009
-
why would the previous bands have to redue songs? did they mess up or was it the tv crew who messed up?
-
The bfast rocked as usual i was hoping for more of a sept sullys three song set but i guess what do u expect with ryan secrest\'s less cool brother hosting the event
-
weekapaug-
we found out while we were there that the crew was much more concerned with the footage for the tv show than putting on a concert for people in the audience...
for example after an earlier band had played their song once, the man in charge asked the bass player to move over 2 feet and then had them play the song again.
i was dissapointed- the band right before the breakfast played every song at least twice, sometimes 3 or 4 takes...
i def woulda taken another coma- that shit was the heat!!

the guy was up on stage kind of getting down while the band before the breakfast played.. i liked how he went up to every single person playing and would say "oh yeah man! great job! yeah yeah". while interviewing the other band, i\'m pretty sure he said they sounded like robert rudolph and the family band.

what were some of the questions?

 why doesn\'t it surprise me that Jocelyn had a picture like that ready to go?
The interview was painfully funny. They asked tim about gambling and he said something really asinine like I like to spread my money all around the roulette table and let it ride or something. I turned to adrian and asked him how in the world they could be interviewing the breakfast about gambling and talking to someone other than him or jordan. He pulls out a wad of cash and says "yea, because I obviously don\'t know anything about gambling!" Tim told them how they changed the name because no one could ever spell psychedelic, and trey laughed, so tim asked him to spell it and trey hesitated and then said "yea, we\'re not going to do that." I didn\'t hear but according to chris and matt tim also snuck in an answer of "we dropped the psychedelic from the name, but we still occasionally drop doeses on unsuspecting venues" or something to that effect.

 YES! tim is one of my favorite people to interview hands down. the kid is a quote machine.
-
I\'m sure they woulda played Rush if they had more time.... it\'s about gambling right?
-
jordo doesnt know rush yet its killing me
-
What did the other bands sound like?
-
^poop going through a cheese grater
-
^poop going through a cheese grater
im not sure how much noise that would make, but it sure as hell would smell bad
-
I only heard the band before them. Good, but nothing special. Pretty straight forward current pop rock. Not the kind of thing I would ever go to see twice but I could see them packing in thousands of college kids, you know? The derik and funbags phenomenon.
-
ya the line in the interview was funny- somethin like "so now we dose everyone secretly"... and immediately the producer guy of the show cut the interview and started take two... after they powdered tim up. (i think he was sweaty.)
-
When will is air?
-
at least they didn\'t ask Tim about his hair :inky:
