I was waiting for you to come up with something of the \'best coast\' sort ;) We have SPAC out here, lol.

SPAC sux. Can\'t believe it got the nuber 10 nod. They must have felt obligated to add an East Coast Venue.

The place is beautiful but the parking lot isn\'t very freindly. There are virtually no bathrooms in the lots (they have them in the pool building if it is open and depending on where you park can be a hike).
They DO NOT allow unopened water in to the venue. If you buy water inside for crazy prices they won\'t even give you the CAP!

Forget about having a beer there. The Beer Garden is at the furthest point away from the stage in the back of the concessions area. They make you squeez through a doorway sized area to get in and you CANNOT take your beer out of this area.

Also upon leaving the venue you will promptly run in to the police and their DWI checkpoints. Causing serious traffic issues.

Never again will I pay at this venue

heh, can\'t say I\'ve had the pleasure of being at SPAC, but seems like I  might not wanna go this summer. I woulda gave my East Coast nod to Tweeter in Camden, great neighborhood ;)

I have to admit seeing Coors Amp. on the list kinda threw me. I work there during concert season(spring-fall) and never really thought it was all that. Just goes to show "sometimes u get shown the lite....."

Antbach if I go the Best Coast route we have 4 of the 10 and counting Red Rocks as a western venue 5. Why pass the Rockies for shows @ all?

The Breakfast are in Conn. that\'s why.(for anyone that was gonna answer that question)

having been to most of these palces, I can tell you that nothing, not even the Gorge, can touch Red Rocks.

BTW, Leith, Colorado is not the West Coast!!!!!!!!!  Stop trying to make us think it\'s cool out there!

If I can make it from my door to Denver in 14 hours it\'s close enough to be west( I believe I said western venue not west coast venue) Red Rocks should be #1 I agree but hey Marcial ya can not fight the truth. There is a reason why these places are located out here.

Straight Up West Coast Flavor dominates ANYTHING east of the Rockies get used to it and stop whining.
Jim Morrison was no dummy when he proclaimed "The West is the Best".
Cheeeeeeeeeeeeew Onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn THAT!

What?!  No Chittendon Park in Guilford?  No Baker Quad?  This list is a farce!  Try playing Frisbee on any of those ampitheatre lawns with 15,000 people in the way and the steep slopes and see how fun it is.  Greek Theatre: OUT.  Chittendon: IN.

Right on.  Vibe-wise and scenery-wise UVM blows away Red Rocks.  Loses a couple of points for being cold, but yeah, I\'d put it just above Red Rocks.
