hello all,
i\'ve got a roomy new ride with plenty of room for you freaks for some upcoming shows. all i ask for in return is $$ for gas, and no, i don\'t overcharge. :hehehe:

I can\'t make 5/8, I have to pick my sister up from school in Boston, but I\'d like to claim a seat for 5/9. And you know I\'m always down for a good train trip. My vote is for the return of that pizza joint (name?). The burritos were good and all, but that pizza is money. More of the slackers around here need to start making the train trips. Great job on the board Dave and Grayson.. I think we\'ll be hearing crickets over at the Yahoo board very soon.

Dave, I might be interested in a ride home from NYC to Fairfield if I miss the last train out of the city. And maybe even to and from FFLD depending on when you\'ll be passing through town.

Your from Fairfield? I can always offer you a ride to shows if you need. I\'m from there as well. Notice the PB Flyers around the Black Rock section ;). Anyways, I can\'t give you a ride to this show. Others I can though.

Hello all, I just came back from San Diego where I saw PB at Winstons and Oktoberfest gettin\' down on some way phunky s**t. Man, at Winstons they threw down a crazy sick version of "Good times, bad times"...then at Oktoberfest they went into some "Dazed and confused"...wicked!! I was going down to see Tea Leaf Green and looked into what else was going on...good thing I did! So check this out: on Saturday Tea Leaf Green (TLG) played at Winstons and Tim sat in on one of their songs "Tequilla"...I ran to the bar and ordered all of them shots and rushed it up to the stage.
All you CT people are lucky...these guys are great and I don\'t get nearly as many chances to see them as you...oh well, I\'ll have to settle with the sporadic gigs along with High Sierra Music Fest.

who really cares?your just the type of person who loves to stick others out when you can.if i have a problem with someone ill call them on the phone or see them in person to discuss it.i just dont appreciate being portrayed as a dogger,which im not.that was an extreme circumstance and i wont try to jump in with you again if you dont want.ill figure something out.act like a man for gods sake!

and i think it\'s comlpetely relevant to make a post here, in public, saying that if you (not you personally, but in general) are going to tell me to save you a spot in my car, that you should hold up your end of the deal.
i realize you guys all went to the show the night before. fine. but thursday night, when i offered up a ride, the first thing i did was tell everyone that i had a big day planned, and i was leaving at 11:30am. everybody was fine with that, and the general consensus was to stay home friday night and rest up for saturday. but you decided otherwise.. and that\'s fine, if you hold up your end of the deal the next day.. not an extreme circumstance, just a case of staying out too late when you know you had somewhere to be in the morning..
the end result made the trip cost the 3 of us $20 each instead of $8 each. that sucks, but whatever.. we had a great day, and a lot of fun. it\'s just not the type of shit that i want to happen when i offer up a ride and people accept.. it\'s not much to ask in return for:
- a carefree ride to and from a show, so you can get as fucked up as you want
- in a big vehicle with nice cushy (heated) seats
- with a dvd player in the back for your (not my) enjoyment
- much cheaper gas prices than if you were to drive up yourself
sorry.. thought i was doing a nice thing here. hell, i can\'t remember the last time someone offered to drive (me) to a show..
