Due to the huge similarities between the 2 bands(not musically other than their shared love of taking musical risks), their fanbase and the fact that Phish did not really take off until 10 years of existence.

Now if The Breakfast could just get back to playing colleges.....

there\'s a sort of golden rule that you don\'t reach mastery level until you hit 10,000 hours of doing something, which usually equates to about 10 years. so there\'s still hope!! :D

Personally, I have been excited since Castaways early in \'08. I have some understanding of the reality of the situation, but I have no doubt that this band will rise like the phoenix. The music is too good for this not to happen. There is excitement brewing. I am trying to figure out how I can afford to drive to Woostah this saturday!

I just started reading the bio... good stuff. Nice seeing new input on the early years! I dug the interview with brad sands.
