I: Wake Up In A Coma > Honey Butter, Infrequently Asked Questions, Synergy, Over Exposure > Synergy
The show was dedicated to the late PJ Zguzenski (MakisupaPJ).
Thanks to bezerker for the setlist!
-
comma after synergy and then a segue back in - ?
-
gavin obviously needs setlist interpretation classes
that said, im sure it was sick
-
as usual, an hour is never enough time to get a good dose of the Breakfast, but i guess if there were any people that hadnt seen em before, its a nice introduction. not a good crowd estimator but id say there looked like almost 3 hunge. didnt see any tapers, but i could be wrong. nice little festival and hope some people were chattin about the breakfast on the way home
-
how was the syn aruny
-
looks hot
-
no way gavin was relaying set lists . Synergy is a great tune. Loved this version and they were able to take up a good chunk of time with a nice unforced jam with some pedal effect noises by tim and lots of stuff goin on which is what synergy is all about!
-
Looks like a great setlist for a one-hour set.
-
best weekend ever...im sleeping now ill talk tomorrow...great times awesome set
id say 500 there, everyone who saw was talking about it afterwards
-
id say over a 1000!
-
Def. at least 8-9 hundge. HUGE buzz going around about the band, both before and after their set. And, I saw mics. Forgot to go talk to the guy, but his stands were there all weekend. We\'ll have to find out from Forest who he was.
-
syn>oe>syn must have killed
-
wow. fun. way fun. big crowd. everyone was getting down. perfect setlist IMHO.

sounds like it was a good time and a big success for the band! glad to hear it.
-

-
I did dave, that was wicked ser, thanks. wish I went and raged with the fam but its a good thing I didnt because my boss dumped a shit load of work and tight deadlines on me friday, been working like crazy since.
you going to river st or daniel st this weekend?
-
im pretty sure the final list i sent was correct
-
Really good set, I\'m glad I got to hear IAQ. I\'m really impressed with Matt\'s voice right now. Good turnout, all playing was totally on point, and reallly intense. Umphrey\'s sort of stole the night with their set but The Breakfast was killer and I think based on who I talked to lots of people really dug it.
Only bad thing was this toddler who hit me in the face with a blow up parrot, :D
-
There was mad buzz about Breakfast after they played. Everybody I spoke to either was there or camped real near by and heard it.
Even homeboys who normally scoff Breakfast and have been doin so for years gave them mad props for having seriously stepped up their game. Silly me for liking them since 2002
oh yeah, definitely a personal best for me in terms of being totally spun out for a Breakfast show
-
I\'m soo glad to hear Gavin found his keys finally.
Amazing show.
Amazing weekend.
Good to see everyone!
-

Logan is a cutie, but he\'s a big fat cheater at Foosball. ;)
-
the idea of jocelyn getting beat at foosball by a 4 year old and calling out them out for cheating is classic.
-
I have a few good pics I\'ll post later when I get home from work.
Also I did throw the Parrot at some point too, pretty sure it was a direct hit to the back of someone\'s head
-
ahhhh what a great time. The breakfast set was mad tight, I love how easily they hit the tempo changes in IAQ (i think) and Synergy>OE>Synergy was just soo badass. oh yeah Coma opener was fuckin dope also. Umphreys was phenominal. Breakfast and UM are a perfect match for each other and def need to do a tour together some day (wishful thinking).
-
Great weekend! While everyone was piling in to see Breakfast, one guy next to me grabbed his friend and said "You\'re going to want to watch the guitarist, he\'s really, really good!" I was close to the stage, but from what I could tell, it was packed. Nice to see everyone there! Here\'s a few pics. Click to make \'em bigger.
Adrian checking out Indobox.
The parrot! I didn\'t even look while taking this. Just perfect timing.
The crowd for The Breakfast.
Ratdog.
Also I did throw the Parrot at some point too, pretty sure it was a direct hit to the back of someone\'s head

-
the pic doesnt fully do the crowd size justice...i think fizzlefest was at least 4 or 5 rows of people back from the stage if i recall, especially since none of us are in the picture.

yeah that is definitely me and gencs way back there..
had such a blast this weekend. i\'m still recovering at this very moment  so glad that the festival was a success with its first go around/so unbelievably happy with how the weather held up. i talked to a bunch of people following the breakfast\'s set and pretty much everyone that i spoke with about the show was amazed with their music. i\'m sure that if this thing is going on next summer, the band will be back.

Yes, Fizzle and I were a few rows back from the stage, a bunch of people in front of us. It was great to finally meet you!
The whole weekend was a blast. A highlight was Ratdog (after Breakfast of course!) Good to see familiar and new faces.

i had a great time at the fest. it was really cool getting up there early and seeing the madness and work go down before the fest started on friday and seeing all the people roll in. i think the organizers did a great job and i had so much fun helping them out. all of the music was great this weekend- i loved lettuce, the indobox latenight, the trainwreks, even umphreys was good, and its always nice to see some bobby. i\'m so glad that i saw basically everyone i know in new england/north east one last time before moving out west, it sure was wonderful seeing all of you and i\'m gonna miss seeing you! to up north 2009!!
