Friday night! Come start your weekend with The Breakfast.
Fri Nov 26 - Knitting Factory (All Ages) 74 Leonard St. New York, NY
212.219.3006 / $8 adv; $10 dos / Doors: 11:30pm
Breakfast 12am / http://www.knittingfactory.com
I am glad to see the band back at the Knit. Maybe we can make this a monthly event?
-
see ya there no doubt about it....nice place to see a rock n roll show!
-
I will try to make it to either the 11/26 show or the Porter\'s show. Can\'t believe the show starts at 12am. Late night for sure. Are both the 11/24 and 11/26 shows two sets of Breakfast? I would probably pick the one with the most music if I\'m going to make it to one or the other.
-
porters is gonna be something special for sure al..knitting factory is a cool place too so make both!
-
If I get into the city on Friday, what do you think are the chances of me catching a ride home with one of you kidz?
-
steevie, for you, shouldnt ever be a problem...lemme touch base with the boys, and we should be ok!!lets get there nice and early and see the sights(local bars)..
-
sounds like a plan. I am thinking I may be in the city VERY early on Friday with Hil\'s sister and nephew\'s (for like 9am), so you can contact me when you get into town and I can break off from the kid-fest and get the Break-fest started...
-
you know it..SOUND IT!!!!!!!
-
If I don\'t go skiing, I\'ll be there with my full gobble on for sure!!!
-
anyone bored beforehand should go see moe. play earlier at Roseland.
-
hmm... NYC + big red truck = technical difficulties. I\'ll have to think on this one.

Will you have the horse trailer hooked up for the ride? That would be interesting. Maybe you could park at a rail station and take a train down for the show?
-
No, no trailer... unless I\'m bringing a WHOLE LOT of people down!
I considered the train (from New Haven probably) but the problem is getting BACK from the city via train.
-
I think alex is gonna drive down and meet me there or outside the city somewhere joc. going to bosco on saturday though. know your prolly not down for that :P anyway u should give her a call. do u guys still hang out?
-
Haven\'t seen her at all really... have tried a bunh of times to get her to come over to see my new place, but she always say she can\'t, maybe another day...
-
nyc + bfast = hellz yeah!!!!
-
i thought nyc + bfast = cast b fny
wolfy is the master at those things....
-
hey all, i know some of you are gonna try to make it down to the city early on the 26th. my really good friends in wounded buffalo theory (a brooklyn-based jamband) are playing a pre-breakfast show at the acme underground around 10:00 p.m. should be a great way to warm up for the breakfast and get a good buzz going. acme is conveniently located at 9 Great Jones St. If you\'re taking the train into grand central, just hop on the 6 downtown to bleeker street. knitting factory is w/in walking distance or about a $3-4 cab. hope to see some peeps there! give a ring if you want to meet up. 914-629-8379

alright, i\'m currently in deliberation of coming up friday night after work for the breakfast and staying in nyc for moe. on saturday. I was at the last 2 moe. shows(Kingston, NY and Portland) and a decent amount of moe.rons plan on hitting up the knitting factory afterwards(even their guitarist al. seemed interested in it) so there should be a good sized crowd. I\'m thinking of skipping out on the friday night moe. show in order to get to PB early and chill w/ the diehards.
-
Nice Greg!! See ya there. No face planting this time though ;)
-
this show needs to get promoted and soon....theres a lot of jamband competition that weekend and it won\'t sell without it. scarecrow is plugging the hell out of their shows and u melt is also. this is a real opportunity with so many jamfans around at one time. this is an important gig. too bad i have to go away for thanksgiving :(
-
greg, see ya there.ill be wearing a deuce mccalister shirt!
-
gregg.....you need to get your buds over there.....wish i was here to help but you could talk a crowd into following you over there. i bet wiredchicken would go and i just sent discs to e.ro and j.lo, they might go...postom maybe too.....
this could be a moe.down moe.ment
-
i may miss that friday\'s moe. show though, if do go to nyc, the flock will know where to find its shepherd.
-
moe. fans will love The Breakfast. We should definitely tap this community.
-
that\'d be SO great if some moe kids checked out the breakfast. afterparties at the knitting factory are always the best! such a good time. and w/ the breakfast playing, you can\'t beat it.
is anyone flyering at moe for the bfast??
-
I cannot get to moe to flyer.
-
so people, what\'s the deal?? who\'s flyering before the breakfast show this friday?? i\'ve got a few kids helping me out at moe, but there\'s a bunch of other shows around that night as well. (check out tim\'s thread from yesterday.) we all talk about how much we love the band, so let\'s do something to help them out!! nyc is a tough market. but if they can make it there... well, you know the saying!!
-
I will be in the city early on Friday. I will most likely be done with the family thing around 5ish at the latest. Gimme some flyers and I will work that cruel bitch of a city....
-
I will be rolling down in the Big Bad Breakfast Bus...ok, van pretty early. I believe we will be hitting up at least a couple shows in the hood. See ya there!!!
-
I have 4 good friends from down here that are vacationing in NYC and will be attending the show this Friday... Chris, Susanne, Maggie, and Cheeser... one big tall dude w/ brown hair & glasses (Chris), one regular sized dude w/ blonde hair (Cheeser), and two chicks w/ straight long brown hair (Susanne & Maggie)... they should be easy pick out from the crowd... they will be the ones talking really ssslloooooooww... lol... be sure to show them some good ol\' Staven hospitality! wait a minute... does that exist??

marcial, are you ser??will i recognize any of your clan??
-
totally ser.... they left this morning. I don\'t think you ever met them, but the band met Chris when they were in Atlanta last week, and they met Cheeser & Maggie when they were down here earlier this year... just ask Ronnie to point out Cheeser... he will definitely remember him...
-
marcial, any friend of yours is..............probably a snakebreeding, panichead, redneck like yourself...but we cool with that!!

I\'ll be in the city, but I don\'t have any flyers... think if i scream long enough & loud enough people will come check out the band? ;)
BTW, I need a ride home from the show tonight... the train only runs till 1:30, and the next one out of NYC is 5:40! Can anyone save me a seat?
-
Ok, so who\'s gonna win the race to post the setlist??
-
