Just found this page. It appears to just be lyrics to tons of songs and then members reply what they think the meaning is. Interesting to skim through.

yeah i come across it all the time when doing lyric searches on google, and actually it\'s where i was looking at the St. Augustine lyrics this morning..

Just found it a few days ago looking for Dylan lyrics. Funny to read what some people interpret songs to mean.
