Why is it always 4 hours ahead?

If you go into your User CP you can adjust the time to the proper time zone, it took me forever to realize that until I stumbled on it one day

damn brits think they created everything, including time and that we\'re all suppose to follow them. Theres only one greenwich, and it was bought and sold by peter minuit.

lol me too.  I blamed it on Peck until I realized that I was the idiot in the situation.
