I\'m leaving Syracuse around 8:30 if anyone wants to carpool. I don\'t mind driving but just know I might leave a touch early if they\'re going to play til 2. I need be up by 6:30 on Saturday to play a tournament.

Very excited for this show, I really hope that both Breakfast and Kung Fu get up and jam together it leads to face melting of epic proportions. I did talk to chris at creek and he didnt really seem that pumped on the idea though so who knows. Either way Utica seems like the place to be since im not going to make Jamboree and cant wait til august for some Breakfast.

Kung Fu is DEF not playing tomorrow.

~Set 1~
jam > Doughboy, Cut Me Some Slack > Peaches en Regalia > CMSS, Existential Funk > Puppetry > Honey Butter > Puppetry.

~Set 2~
Metropolis > GBFBITS > Beef Barley > Hard Luck Harry.

~Encore~
Shakedown Street

Totally boss show. Every note was fire and the boys brought it strong to the EC. Great crowd that was eating it up! The opening jam found the Breakfast machine ready to explore some new territory, and Doughboy was a surprising choice and jammed hard. Jordan\'s vocals were great and nice and loud!

CMSS is always so good. This version did not disappoint and the guys were having some fun with this one. The jam melted so perfectly into Peaches, which got a rise out of the crowd. ExFunk\'s jam was mindblowing to say the least. Just as I thought that it couldn\'t get much hotter on stage, the band threatens to overheat with another killer sandwich. Honey Butter, oh yeah!!!

Setbreak found us some fresh air, a chance to rest, and a good shot of rejuvenation. Set 2 was a dream. If the first set was good, set 2 pushed it over the top. Its hard to pick a fave here, but its always a super treat to hear GBFBITS. BB had a sick, sick funk jam and Harry went way out beyond the gravitational pull of the planet.

Great encore choice. Tim played some slide on this funkfest and the jam went outside of the normal parameters of Shake. The GD wished they could\'ve funked it like this!

All in all, a tremendous evening with the world\'s greatest band. So great to see the upstate crew and the Bfam and the .info peoples representing. The guys deserve more crowds like this one. Great to see a line at the door to get in! Can\'t wait for the Jamboree!!!

Thanks guys for coming out to play for us!
