Looks like about 12 days till they release the lineups but I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about the boys making it again this year.
I hope they get a better stage than last year though
-
my buddy went last year, i was looking into checking that out this summer. any advice?

my advice is to get to the stage early.... last year, kidzzz were sneaking in through the windows in order to get to see the band...fire motherfuckin hazard...
-
last year I was in the front row with 6 friends....the stage was only wide enough to put about 20 people between the speakers on both sides.
I think if they make it this year that they will be on a bigger/outdoor stage. The Saloon was definitely rockin.
-
Ok, the lineup sucks this year....very similar to the last few years. Trey and SCI headlining again. I wonder who the 3rd Headliner will be. TB isnt on the list as of yet. I wonder if they will be. If they are I may consider going but if they arent I wont even bother. Hello Wakarusa!
-
I hope that festival line-ups with the Breakfast are released somewhat soon. I\'d like to see what festivals are lucky enough to have the band on there bill.
-
^^yeah and I wanna figure out wich ones I wanna hit up........ strart makin travel plans... we should get a Beakfast Festival crew together when things get announced roll in there deep!!
-
^^^ right on
They need all the hometown support they can get. I am hoping to get off the last week in March to head to Cali.
-
I hate to refrence phish but their first out of state show they rolled in with two busses of people from VT, not neccisarily that many but that\'s the idea you show up with a bunch of "hometown heads" awho know the tunes and the vibe and it spreads that much easier, at the show
-
^^^ exactly
People see others digging the tunes and getting down. When they see people on the road, they figure next time they\'ll go too.

-
what about Sterling, i\'m def. planning on hitting up this event. Especially since the Breakfast Headlines Saturday night. come on headline a Saturday night it\'s gonna be good. 2 1/2 hours of TB to end the night......

And the extra money you pay to see the band comes included with a camping spot, saving the money that could have been spent on a hotel.
B.Y.O.B.? If so, that\'s always a nice provision to save money and and party down.
-
Sterling, from my understanding, is worth every dollar. And you can watch the show from your campground, that you can drink your own booze.
-
Let\'s do it then.....
you had me at BYOB + Breakfast
-
no good for Sterling for this guy, I\'ll be in Atlantic City losing my life savings. But after that I am game for whatever, wherever, whenever. . . maybe
-
still no news on festivals?
-
Just a heads up....TB will NOT be doing 10klf unless something wierd happens.
Although the 10KLF promoers loved the band they have taken an approach of rotating slots for the smaller bands, of which we are still one.
We\'ve talked it bkue in the face and its obvious to me they have made a decision and are sticking by it. They have assured us we would play next year.
-
hmm, roo?
-
moedown?
-
lallapalooza
-
coachella?
-
nugroove?
-
Dunno much else....much backstage jawbining amongst festival types. Certainly not Coachella.....
Anyway, I can\'t say what might happen, I can only alert you to what I know isn\'t. Personally, I think the 10klf position is nonsense, but its not call so there is nothing more to say.
-
They should at least try for Summercamp and All Good. There is NO reason they shouldnt!!!
-
We try for ALL of them...........we get some. Much like life itself.
Some guys in the 70]s said "you can\'t always get what you want, but if you try some time you just might find you get what you need."
-
Can you throw me a hint as to which festival they got? ;)
Also, did you know a girl named Karin from UNH?
-
let me elaborate:
the band\'s appearance at nugroove fest last year was one of the most impressive of an action packed weekend. my first breakfast show, it definitely made me want to start coming to shows. echo lake is a great place for a fest, and if they put on nugroove there again this year, i know a ton of people who would love to see the breakfast there again :)
-
i was kidding about coachella....
-
well, i gave a holler and they at least wrote back! :

What fucking bullshit!!!
-
This is the music business....in case you hadn\'t heard..bullshit is rampant.
-
I know it, but I mean, they had an OVERWHELMING response last year, which is why I\'m dumbfounded.
-
As you can see...logic seldom rules in this silly business.
-
amen!
how about the clearwater festival in croton on hudson, NY in june?
