Got my bracket all ready...let the games begin!!! :)

Though I just realized I will be out of the country for the sweet 16 and the elite 8 (back in time for the final 4).  If UCONN makes it far, which I think they will (i have them in my brackets in the elite 8), I will be really really annoyed with myself for missing games....

I can\'t watch the game but UConn is stomping some Bucknell.

well, things have really opened up for the huskies. who would have thought they\'d be the highest seed left in the final four? i love their odds against KU. i think we\'re really clicking right now. lamb has stepped his game up to a point where he can delivery on a more consistent basis. and kemba has been unbelievable. i\'ve never seen anything like it from a husky. when we get oriakhi and roscoe and shabazz involved too, we\'re nearly unbeatable. can\'t wait to see what happens.

I was primed to pick Bucknell before the brackets came out. If they got the 12 or 13 seed they deserved, I probably would have.

I lucked out in St. Lucia and was able to watch both games (Sweet 16 an Elite 8) on Espn2.   I think the whole resort heard me shouting the other night when the won.  Lamb has been extremely clutch. I can\'t believe we have like three more years of this kid. Can you imagine what he is going to be like next year??

And I have to say Oriachi needs more credit too.  When he is on the bench with foul trouble, there is no one to rebound. When he is there, he is a huge force.

UCONN seriously lucked out on that win last night. Kemba had an off game with all those turnovers, much in part to the Kentucky defense. And Lamb was almost non-existent.  But somehow, they pulled through.  Oriakhi was key in this game. His rebounding and defense=huggggge. Napier\'s free throws were so clutch.  That is what won the game for them. I predict they will be ready to play on Monday night. :)  GO UCONN!

WHAT A RIDE!!! :)    It wasn\'t a pretty win, but it was a win when it counted.

This national championship brings a lot to the program, and a lot of questions.  Will Calhoun retire?  Is Kemba really going to the NBA (kinda a given)??

Last night\'s game showcased two of next year\'s big stars, Lamb and Oriakhi.  Oriakhi just dominated on the baords.  He kept Butler out of the paint.  What an unstoppable force.   And Lamb was crucial in that 2nd half bringing the huskies offensively alive. Kemba may be gone next year,  but this team is going to be one to watch next year.  The huskies proved they are much more than Kemba Walker.

So much pride for the team i\'ve loved since my youth, no matter who the players are, i love this program.

considering kemba\'s graduating, i\'d say there\'s almost zero chance he stays
