No kidding. This show will kick off a 4 night run. I don\'t think they\'ve done that since June. If this was on a Friday I would make the drive out. Every show they\'ve played here has been good and better than the last.

I\'ve always wanted to get there early and try their food...I mean, how\'s like their fish and chips? If that shit ain\'t fresh...

I got the +1lb lobster with a dozen clams last June and it was pretty damn good. Their chowder is good too but there is a small ice cream shop towards the public beach (on the same side as the Wheel House) that has incredible chowder. Not sure if it will be open in the winter but it\'s def worth seeking out.

For me, the service was more notable than the food.  Chris Fitz and I sat there for a long time waiting to be served when it wasn\'t busy.  The waiter was totally retarded.  He gave some strange sauce for chicken fingers.  Can\'t remember what it was, but it was something totally ridiculous and inappropriate as a chicken topping.  Later on, while the band is playing, the guy asks for my ID again, after I had already presented it while ordering margaritas during dinner.  I\'m pretty sure I got carded a minimum of 3 times that night.  No drinking on the deck and only chicks under 18: are you f---ing ser?  I hate the excessive redtape commonly found at venues in New England.

Across the bridge, maybe 30 minutes.

But one of the reasons i hate rhode island is that it is the smallest state, yet it still takes 2 hours to traverse.
