can someone send me the last track of the show .wav file over AIM?  i DLed the whole BT but accidently deleted the last track, i dont feel like dling the whole thing again

wait, as long as you still have the torrent and the flac files for the other songs, just open the torrent again and it will realise that you have already downloaded everything else and will only download what is missing.

or
redownload the torrent, and if you are using azareus, double click on the torrent file and go to the last tab and say that you only want to download the one file and do not download any of the other files.
