I look forward to this show more than any Webster show or Toads for that matter. not sure if theres anything special specifically about this place but when they bust out shit like Sundance or Mooboos>Doughboy>Mooboos, where else would you rather be!?!?

07/09/03 - House of Glass Restaurant; Dunsmuir, CA

i just merged to make things cleaner. starting an \'official\' porter\'s thread was a good idea, so why not put everything in there? there were like 4 different threads for last week\'s tim show, and it got almost as sloppy as i was that night. ;)

AMEN to that. Also, from personal experience, it seems like they play much better second sets than first sets.

I\'m psyched to see Bugs ... ON THE SHELF. Haha. I always felt like it would bring a set down compared to so much of the other material. Plus, it was one of their choice "formula" songs for a while along with Dig and Fiery Ball, none of which I felt were getting the sets opening with any pop. Bugs is quite similar to Love Lake, and nobody\'s calling for that song to come back.

apparently they were never happy with the harmonies, so the re-worked them all, changing it quite a bit. Then they played it once and liked it even less, and its been on the shelf ever since.

That\'s what I like to hear....cheap beer, not like the last show i was at (Webster). Something like 5 or 6 bucks a beer is frecian insane, but yet i still pay it :(
