first of all they blow, but two highlights:

1. Beavis & Butthead are back! they basically confirmed it with a cameo.

2. Eva Longoria sporting a ser camel-toe. awesome.

Suge Knight shot in leg at MTV bash
29 August 2005

LOS ANGELES: Rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight was shot early on Sunday at a celebrity-studded party at a posh Miami Beach club in advance of Sunday night\'s MTV Video Music Awards, police said.

Knight, 40, whose business dealings were sometimes tainted by violent incidents, was shot in the VIP area of the posh Shore Club at a bash hosted by Grammy-winning hip hop artist Kanye West, police said.

Media reports from Miami said Knight was hospitalised in intensive care after surgery to remove a bullet from his leg and repair a fractured bone.

Witnesses said a shot rang out in the club shortly before 1am EDT and party-goers began running for the door, according to news outlets including local TV stations.

Miami Beach Police spokeswoman Kelly Hamilton said on Sunday that witnesses saw a gunman flee immediately after the shooting. No suspects had been identified, she said.

Celebrities, including Into The Blue and Sin City star Jessica Alba and Eddie Murphy attended the party but it was unclear whether they witnessed the shooting, according to media reports.

Knight, along with Dr Dre, co-founded rap label Death Row Records in Los Angeles in the 1990s and helped promote rap stars Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur. He was convicted in 1992 of assault and weapons violations and placed on probation.

AdvertisementAdvertisementIn 1996, Knight was sentenced to five years in prison for violating probation after he and cohorts including Shakur, were seen beating a rival gang member in Las Vegas. Shakur was later shot to death in Las Vegas while riding in Knight\'s car.

Months after Shakur\'s death, Notorious B.I.G., an artist with a rival label, was gunned down in Los Angeles. Police have never named Knight as a suspect in either murder.

Good detective work.

No surprise really. Why do these people attempt a hit at a celebrity party that is loaded with security and people?

Funny how they have no suspects yet. Kinda fuct that no one has ever been named in the murders of Tupac and Biggie.
