width (3.5") you\'re OK, but the problem with large HDs is the height - it may be hard to close the top of the case. Only one way to find out though.
You should be OK, but hold onto your reciept. ;)

a lot of enclosures have size limitations. i\'d make sure it could support a 400gb drive first (i didn\'t see anything listed on the page)..
oh, and tigerdirect is the devil. i\'d suggest going with something from http://www.dealsonic.com or http://www.newegg.com.
