THREE OF A KIND IN VEGAS APRIL 15, 16, 17
PHISH will play three shows at the Thomas and Mack Arena in Las Vegas on April 15, 16 and 17. These dates will be Phish\'s only shows before the summer.
A limited number of tickets for all three shows are available directly through PHISH TICKET\'s secure online ticketing system at http://phishtickets.rlc.net for a six-day ordering period beginning Friday, February 13, at 12:01 PM EST and ending Wednesday, February 18, at 11:59 AM EST. Tickets go on sale to the public March 6 at 10 am. Full tour information can be found on the Phish web site at http://phish.com/tourdates.

TREY JOINS TOOTS & THE MAYTALS ON "TRUE LOVE"

Trey appears on two tracks of the upcoming Toots and the Maytals album
"True Love". In addition to Trey, the album features many special
guests, including Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Bonnie
Raitt, Ben Harper, No Doubt, and The Roots. Trey appears on the Toots
classic "Sweet and Dandy" and drops a guitar solo into "Still is Still
Moving to Me", a duet with Toots and Willie Nelson. The album appears in
stores on April 6.

Gray, early information for ya:
Package from Boston to Vegas including flight and hotel, depart wednesday, return sunday: lowest price on expedia is $310.85 per person @ Gold Spike Hotel and Casino. For comparison, same at the Golden Nugget is $424. I dont know anything about Vegas so I cant tell ya where these places are. . .

Jetblue has a a flight out on the 14th of aprill for $99.00. return trip cost depends on the day. If you wait to fly out unitl Tuesday the rates would be $99.00 to Vegas and $99.00 to NYC
roundtrip cost of $198.00 on Jetblue no less. Hotel room depends on what you need but 198.00 round trip is lower than i have ever paid to go out there. Lowest I have ever paid was 215.00

It looks like the MGM Grand will be the hotel i\'m going to stay at. Or the Rio Suites, not sure yet.. Hmm... Decesions... I need to get a head count of everyone who is interested in leaving from NYC.
On a side note, I will not stay in a shitty hotel. We pay more but will be able to sleep at night. MGM Grand has some nice suites for about $750, 4 Nights, plus airfare from NYC.

I will be there and would love to hook up w/ some fellow PB fans. I am down to throw in some $$$$$ for rooms. Finally a little luck this way. Phish In Vegas I do not miss. Seen every show they have played there. Still have not seen a funnier Harpua. 12/6/96? Yodelahewho!!!!!!!

i love phish just like the next man but.......just because they are playin,and didnt announce a ton of dates,dosent mean you should feel obligated to travel all the way to vegas to check them out.think about it boys,we have alot of discs to listen to,and alot of time in our life for this band to come closer...

freddie..I have to disagree...One of the reasons I have continued to go to Phish shows over the past 12 years is the travel. I have gone to many places and seen many things that I never would have if it weren\'t for Phish. I always make it a point to stay an extra day or two if posibble, or if not, at least get out and see the area. Because of my new job and a 6 month working test period, I won\'t be able to make it out to vegas. But this new job will afford me much more flexibility with time off. Looks like this will be the only run I will have to miss. After seeing the shows in Florida I would say minus BC phish is playing the best they have since 97. It\'s a new sound but a good one.

I am going to be in Vegas for Phish so I would love to hang w/ any of you from this forum and continue our lively debates in person. I do not miss Phish in Vegas. Ever since GD made Vegas Jam Freindly I am there alot. 4 hrs to see Phish for 3 nights ? Come On!!!!!

Ok, the suites are $139 a night! You get free transportation to and from the airport in Vegas too. This venue is .25 miles from Thomas & Mack.

Last time PB and Phish played in the same town was this past summer in Philly/Camden. Before that I think you have to go all the way back to 12/12/99 in Hartford! (My 2nd show!) Can anyone confirm that?

as for me, I went from absolutely no chance of attending what is now almost a small festival with Phish, PB, moe, particle, and galactic all playing (some not confirmed yet), to a very good shot. I forgot my buddy has $59/79 nights at the Tropicana, and found plane tickets for $240. . . alls I need to do now is convince him and 4 or 5 others to join me (most of whom probably wont even go for the music, but that\'s fine), and then work 60+ hours over spring break at my regular job, not spend a dime of that, and I might have a shot, a long shot, but thats better than no shot.

Gray, what have you found for plane ticket prices? I found $240 last night but that means I have to fly out on wednesday which will turn into me losing all my money in the two days with no shows to go to.

OK everyone. Gray has been hard @ work getting us these rooms@ the Luxor. The Luxor is so fun to stay @. There are other shows than Phish in town and maybe a surprise appearance by our Favorite band(being worked on right now). So come out to Vegas and party w/ the So. Cal PB crew.

Yes, for the package that I am putting together for you they are. Its $10 cheaper at the Luxor. This was the best deal I could get for everyone. Plus look at the Trop and then the Luxor, were would you want to stay?
