This is a great chance for an incredible show! Start telling your friends now. After the poor turn out for the last show in Gotham we owe it to the boys to pack the place with dancing fools. If we show strong support at the Knit it could lead to even better New York bookings and exposure to larger crowds.

Definitely will be there for this. The sound system at the knitting Factory is sooo sweet. Every room has a Meyer Sound System and the guys are gonna sound phat
There is a balcony as well for chilling (it is small)

The Knitting Factory is an awesome venue! Last saw Bombsquad there when they won the new music award. Should be a great show!

Now all we need is a bus. Could people please specify if they would be ser in wanting to take a bus from East Haven to the show? The bus would leave East Haven around 7:00 on Friday and return after the show.

how much does it cost to rent a bus and how much notice do you need to give? the only reason its not happening is because no one took it upon themselves to call a bus company.

if this is an option, i\'m still waiting to hear a quote on the 10+ \'group rate\', but we can still get a pretty good discount even if we get 5... normal price is $26 round trip... if we get 5 people, we can do it for $21.42/person.. not bad..

i am waiting on a quote from coachquote.com. I put in a request to find out how much it would cost to charter a short bus. If it ends up costing $400 and everyone who originally wanted to do a bus trip goes, then it would cost about the same per person as the train. But I have no idea how much a short bus costs compared to a normal bus so i am not sure if it will work out.

hey joc, right now it looks like I might be driving to the show leaving southington at 7:30. you could meet me there and then we\'ll drive down to wallingford to pick up chris fitz and then head down from there. southington is right off of i-84 west exit 32. let me know. this is still just a possible.

I just checked coachquote.com and the only bus company that got back to me offered me a 47 passenger bus for $812. so unless we can fill it completely its not even worth it at all. Maybe if we plan ahead next time we can try it again. If there are any CT shows around that time then tim can mention the bus trip to the crowd so more people will know about it.

just wanted to remind everyone that is going into the city for this show to give yourself some extra time to get there. Due to the hightened security alert, there are state troopers riding all trains into grand central, and national guardsmen checking baggage and riding as far as CT state lines (there not allowed to cross unless approved by higher officials).
just keep it in mind when your packing whatever supplies your bringing to the show...

Do to unforseen circumstances (turns out I have to teach a 5:00 riding lesson) I will not be able to make it to Southington in time for your NY departure. Sorry for the late notice! Thanks for offering to bring me though, that was nice of you. I was loking forward to it, was starting to get excited for the good company and the good music. ugh. My job is great, but the unpredictability and inconsistency blows.
Hopefully I\'ll find some way in to the city later. Maybe I\'ll drive. Have no idea where I\'m going though, and I looked online and it looks confusing as hell.
