this is the venue of my second ever breakfast show.... after yelling for it all night, raging the front row, i was treated to a peaches encore, and that night i went home and signed up on thebreakfast.info ..... and the rest is history....

Rather pumped for this June vacation.
Also, since BI is primarily a summer getaway, we are looking for people who will be on the island earlier in the day on Wednesday June 27th for promotional help. We need to let people know the day of the show, its also a free show, so it is at no lose to them. Let me know if anyone is willing to help, we can get you a guest list spot ;).

i realize it\'s kinda early to be thinking about this, but are there prices set on these dates? i need to start saving what little money i make. i\'m assuming that captain nick\'s will be a cover of at least $5...that\'s what they charged when i was there last year (although, somehow i think i got in free..hehehe). and i don\'t know about wheelhouse because i\'ve never been there.
oh, derick...just to throw it up in the air, if you don\'t want to have a party at your place, my place will be available to party/relax/whathaveyou. i even have a little backyard w/ a chimneyette...or whatever the hell they\'re called. ya know...just tossing out options :)
sad to say, this is going to be as exciting as my summer gets i think. but hey, i don\'t mind one bit! tB rockin it in RI w00t w00t!

I was planning on attending these shows but have sine changed my mind. Most likely. I cannot find an affordable, dog-friendly hotel anywhere on the internet, and I am afraid to just bring her without having made prior arrangements just to get there and have nowhere to stay.

hmmm...jocelyn...maybe we can work something out so that you can go. i\'m gonna have to find a babysitter for my iguana and cats anyways (which is usually my neighbor). maybe your dog can stay at my abode...i know it\'s kind of a weird offer, but anything to help out the cause. let me know what you think.

Well... I will have someone babysitting my animals as it is... I can\'t leave a cat, hedgehog, bearded dragon, Dumeril Boa, frog, and two fish alone. But the dog is a lot to ask of someone. She needs a lot of attention, she\'s kind of biggish, and she sheds... A LOT. I wouldn\'t want to put that on a friend of yours. I won\'t even do it to my friends.
I definitely appreciate the offer though. I\'m sure my parents would watch her for me... but I do that too often for random nights here and there to leave her with them for several days.

me and the gf will be arriving to block island on tue evening. i planned on hanging up some posters on tue night while we were exploring the island. we could def help pass out some flyers with you on wed too. ill make sure to pack my cooler with wheels so we can stay properly hydrated. Though I am not posative, I am pretty sure we are not driving back to CT after the Wheelhouse show. Thus just follow the band van. We may not be staying in \'ganssett, but we are probably staying pretty close by........however, I will double check with Save right now.....

if you want, some people can crash at my house in warwick (about 30 min from wheelhouse). i have a futon that could fit two people, a really big chair that could fit someone (and it\'s really comfy) and there\'s always the floor. that is...if you don\'t mind cats. granted they\'re outdoor cats and i refuse to let them sleep in the house at night because jacko poos and pees on the kitchen floor and boo just headbutts people all night, but there probably is still some fur found here and there...ya know...
just no trashing the place, because then well...you\'ll see the craziness contained in me:wave:

I would guess that we are leaving from east haven for albany between 1pm-3pm....but that is just a guess......Regardless its gonna be one fucking hell of a run.......top priority of the summer......

so, are there any vehicles heading back to staven after the show that I could jump in?
My big Plan: Drive to dave pecks house, leave the car and bike to thames river, take ferry to block island. Lisa is taking the truck back friday morning so I can put my bike on it and it will be at their house with my car. I can take the ferry to the friday night show, I just need a way to get back to staven to get my car/bike.
Or, I can just bike home friday and skip the show. If anyone can help me out let me know. Thanks!

Thats so cool! I never kept track of shows Ive been to.Years ago I saw them always! but after that I wasnt able to do anything. I wasnt aloud! So I havent the slightest idea of how many shows Ive been too.Maybe Ill just start from scratch.Thats a a fun game.

One thing though: I know it was a semi-different crowd last night than on Block Island, but I feel there was no need for a repeat. Of course, now I can\'t remember which song they played (LDZ maybe?) twice in this run, but that was unnecessary. They have plenty of songs in their catalogue, and a host of covers to boot (or taboot, if you will).
