"If I had a Million Dollars" is officially retired as a Boomers song.  Maybe you can hear it at my solo/duo shows, but I\'m going to try to keep the Boomers show heady.  Then again, you can still hear Freebird for $20...but why would you want to?

Anybody have any ideas where we could throw another boomers show on Tuesday the 12th?  I\'m going to be hitting the highway in a few hours...so give me a call @ 770-715-5110 and let me know.

You better show up, newb.

Peace y\'all,
Ian

 just to annoy y\'all, of course... :chin: Does that $20 tip get divided between all band members?
If so, maybe I\'ll splurge for the occasion!

I wouldn\'t miss it, especially since I missed the last one... TKA & I will be at SBC after hanging out w/ his \'rents for a bday dinner (yes, we\'re STILL celebrating his birthday!) ;)

$20 Freebird is all mine.  I guarantee I am forced to play that song more than any of these Connecticut guys...then again...I hear Timmy\'s been playing that song at his shows now.  Then again...he doesn\'t charge $20, so maybe I\'ll give him $2.

See you on Thursday.

BTW - I\'m heading into NYC for the day/night.  Anybody know of any good music going on?  If so, give me a call @ 770-715-5110.

Peace,
ian

weak.

best SBC Boomer\'s show I have ever witnessed. Meatball crowd factor was minimum and people were fucking digging it, mutha fuckas dancing and shit, aruny being aruny, girls getting slammed to the pavement by the cops getting arrested in the parking lot, Ian selling CDs, autographs being signed, boobs being signed, Sean Miller happy and ripping it hard on the mando, the best time I had watching Sean Miller, everyone doing there part to make really good times.

I\'m back there tonight with Seanie and my friend Brad playing percussion, if anyone is interested/around.

Thanks to y\'all who came out and raged with us.  It was a damn fine time indeed.
Seanie Miller was dancing his ass off like I haven\'t seen in years.

How many midweek events have you signed up for, only to stay home?  One a week it seems.

The possibilities are:
A. like a clueless newb that shouldn\'t have a license, you don\'t plan your consumption prior to driving and just leave for venue when you feel like it, no matter how strong the buzz.
B. you had no intention of going and use the wine as a lame excuse after the fact.

I say the answer is...B

C. You are a little sick, go out to dinner with your boyfriend and his parents. You eat a nice big dinner and have some wine. Feeling like dogshit, you lie down on the bed for a few. You then wake up at 12:15am.

Sooory Chips, the answer is C.

 just caught this thread... so sorry that I couldn\'t make it... really, but if you must bust some balls, I\'ll gladly take the abuse, egghead! & When Ronnie Spears attends SBC, sit-in or visitor, I\'ll gladly go! ;)

I really did want to go, since Shoelessmacher initiated me into the "good music" of the Breakfast, though on a school night (yep, only one week left, ladies & gentlemen) it was difficult.

So, egghead, if you wanna bust some balls, I\'ll gladly toss some for you at Capt. Nicks - where REAL music will be played! ;)
