Title: The Late and Great
Post by: Stephengencs on July 07, 2004, 03:47:40 pm
Is there any way someone can post a link to this song?  I have never heard and am very curious about it.....

For some reason when I think about it, I imagine it along the lines of TGSOT.....

Thanks
Gencs

I have a copy of them playing it at a rehersal in Maine. It\'s a cassette copy. I don\'t know if it will help you much. Peace.

Decent song but not thrilled @ first listen. Though as w/ every Breakfast song there are some parts just ripe for exploration. I would like to see this song "pop" up inside another maybe sans lyrics.

ok, there\'s a block on the main page (http://www.pbfans.com), but the actual area is in the Site Features drop-down box.

I listened to it yesterday. Now that I hear it, I am thinking that I might have heard it one time before back in the day.  I am gonna search the setlists, because I have a feeling it was from a Toads show.  Either way, I dig this song and hope for its rebirth......

Steve,

I think I\'ve seen it twice at Toad\'s. Pretty sure one was warm up for LOS.

Reaction to L&G:

Slow builder - perhaps a little bit too long - leading to great jam potential middle bit, before going to end. I\'d be interested to know which song followed the segue.
