Wow! Rufus and Scheme! Wow! This shit looks insane
-
wow what a show last night. Long time Breakfast fan first time seeing them as a trio and its was just as good if not better. highlights were def. Episode 1 (Happy) > Rufus and the entire 2nd set. The Doughboy > The Grand Scheme Of Things was insane. Great time last night and I\'m glad I got my Rufus and Grand.

That is cool that they finished the Escher\'s from Kansas. Here\'s hoping they busted out the first improvisational "Scheme", I am patiently waiting for the 20+ minute improvisational monster version that transcends time and destroys a small city.

Last night the band was fast paced and powerful, really unbelievably powerful. The scheme was for sure about 20 min, especially with the reeee diculous drum solo (everyones jaw dropped except for the jungle dancing girl who just kept on moving). The final chords were so poignant it brought a tear to my eye. Honeybutter was short and rocking and Tim was all over the stage, his guitar strap haning unhooked at his feet, he even sat in a chair for about five seconds. Rufus was really upbeat, and it melted everyone. Tim is really getting a smooth thing with the keys and the guitar at the same time. I last saw the boys at 10K lakes and Tim is exponentially better at the keys. Ronnie was fired up for the singing of intension and was yelling the lyrics. They rocked the trilogy hard! I have found myself a big fan of good things. This was definately the best Breakfast show I have seen, and last night in Denver was a close second. A good weekend to catch the band - let them keep making the journey to Colorado to satisfy our soul appetites out here.

I thought I remember hearing Intension last night but it wasn\'t on the setlist. Which set did they play it in I can\'t remember?
^^^^ now that I think about it Intension may have opened the 2nd set

 hello gia!! long time no post.. hope all is well:inky:

I dont recall exactly, but I believe the Intension was after the Phatty Boom Batty, but it was for sure in there. Dave may want to consult someone who remembers better than me and update the setlist. (By the way, thanks Dave for all that you do!)
