On a side note, will The Breakfast be playing Backwoods this year?

I just wanted to say I am totally pysched for this and the location.

Growing up my family had a house (Greenledges for the "locals" on Four Corners road - which looks to be about a mile from the proposed site) and I am totally looking forward to going back to my old stomping grounds, maybe a dip or two off the rock in the Goshen Ocean!

Ugh, this is the festival I am most looking forward to this summer. Why do they have to be on the same day? I feel obligated to go to the wedding, though. I am invited. We have been friends for a long time but have not hung together in at least 5 years and we have spoken only a handful of times over that span. He had to make some changes in his life and part of that was cutting ties with those from his former life. So, its a bummer in one respect and a great joyous occasion in another respect and thats what I should focus on. I hope the entire fest gets taped. Its going to be so good.

I was pondering the possibility of splitting after the ceremony but it starts at 5 and is still a 4 hour drive to the site. Missing any of tB\'s set would be sacrilege.

there is info on the .org site about it and there was Supposed to have Pre sale tickets available but it looks like you can\'t buy them right now so i will have to talk to the manager to see what is going on with that. Also as of right now on the .org site it says nothing about camping, so i am going to call the manager to ask if he can get pre sale tickets available and say that there is camping to. I think  camping Definitely needs to be mentioned on the .org site because that is a big selling point.

on a sidenote, I\'m pumped about the afternoon Tpalms solo acoustic set it\'s been way too long since i\'ve been on Timmy Tour (http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/4106/chewie.gif)

Nice. If you guys need a hand before the show starts let me / us know. We have at least 2 decades of festival experience between the 2 of us and more if you include the other knuckleheads who have verbally committed to attend.

I am really looking forward to this show / party

thats funny, I was just watching an old youtube interview with the PB and Branch said something about holding a Breakfest and if anyone has land suitable for the throwdown to get in touch.

Now its happening and I can\'t be there :banghead:

It would be great if this could become some sort of yearly tradition. Plant the seeds and let them grow.

bonzo, im a little confused.  you say its at the end of lempster coach rd, but when i go to google maps, i see that lempster coach turns into "4 corners road" at the end, which is located next to a pond or something.  is this the end of the road you are talking about, or is it on the other end of lempster coach?

i would recommend being a little more specific on the facebook page so people dont get lost.

Shouldn\'t be a problem taking care of audio (2channel). I\'ll definitely record unless it is absolutely down pouring or something. if anyone wants to patch out let me know.

There is a pond (Goshen Ocean) at the other end of Lempster Coach (4 corners) road.

I am _definetly_ going to be diving off the rocks at some point this weekend; all are welcome to join.

Also, on grilling; are propane (camping) stoves allowed?

This festival was a SUCCESS in every possible sense of the word. There can not be enough gratitude and praise show to Bonzo for undertaking such a task. The kid had a dream and made it a reality. To all the bands and attendees thanks for making this one hell of a gypsyw0ok\'d weekend.

The Breakfast played one very solid show and one that contained a lot of great music.

Looking for to the bigger and better Breakfest next year. It will only grow and get better. The foundation has been laid now it just needs to be improved upon.

Thank you again, Bonzo, for the one great, one day festival. You really did an outstanding job on this event. Glad it worked out for you and hope you enjoyed your evening. Congratulations and thanks, broseph!

Only wish it was 2 days. Tough to leave this morning. Nothing like waking up to last nights show blasting through your neighbors car stereo.

Happy pills were all over last night.

seriously, though, for me to come out and say this, makes it 100% w0ok certified. Bonzo is the fucking man. The same kid who hitchhiked to shows states away is the first to bring you a Breakfast Festival.

It is unfortunate that more people did not attend this event that for some reason or another at the last minute ditched. There is a lot of hard work that goes into putting something of this magnitude on and while we all left this morning, there is still work to be done getting the ground back to form but simply being able to pull all of it together and have it go off without an issue is amazing.

Personally, would love to see this happen again. It was the Family Jam-ish meets Festival meets raging party...and for me, there is simply no better way to get Breakfuct\'d.

The sign said there would be later download available along with cd.
I went to buy the fest for 20 and dude was pretty busy elsewhere
so I hope they follow through if I want it later I can get it.
However as we were leaving I believe Brother Kind\'ms recording
was blaring and sounding real nice!

Oh yeah did I mention the jamming was fucking insane? Type III whatever
they took songs places no one has any business being in realized
this a split second faster than us and escorted us safely home with
the end of the song. It happened a lot this show and when it did
the energy created was something real. I can not tell you how I felt
so far from home but so at home in that energy. I didn\'t trip or anything
like that either. I def. smoked as much cannabis as could be but the
energy created kept me going until the sun came up!
Big Kudos to all involved and I do mean all as the crowd made this
one of the best of my Breakfast travels!

I did tape everything except Otis Grove which I am bummed about because they were really really good.

I got set up for Timmy solo > end of the night

The recording being played Sun morning was NOT mine. It must have been the soundmans (I\'m sorry I forgot your name). I haven\'t listen to my recording yet. Got home yesterday about 2PM and CRASHED.

Really want to thank Bonzo et al for a really fun day of music. Everyone I met was really nice. Was great to catch up with all of you fine folks.

Would do it again in a heartbeat. Even with the 4hour drive it was just an awesome time

Hey guys,
One of the better nights of my life, I\'d have to say! It was an honor to be included in this thing, and to have Tim and Jordan on stage rocking out with us was epic to say the least! So glad you enjoyed "Lizards"... seamed appropriate to us ("And the GECKOS they have... woah woah woah..")

We\'ve got the sound board of the show and will be uping it to Archive soon. kindm\'s, if you put up the AUD of our sets that would be amazing. Let me know if you need setlist info!

Hope to see you all again soon! Geckos + BFam = Super Happy Fun Time.

Tell your soundguy to get it up asap or risk losing sales
if a band wants to up their sets to LMA for a larger audience
so be it just another snag you will need to consider
for the nxt one.
I\'m down to buy the fest for $20 if it all sounds
tits but I\'m not waiting much longer after getting
an Aud recording which I think many also feel

I agree with leith ... Davis should post here on .info letting people know how to buy the SBDs ASAP. People will pay if you give them a way, but ultimately they would rather hear the music than not.

Request from the dude who made it all happen!
We don\'t want to be pricks, dickheads & assholes but money is needed to fuel these bands.
There is no other revenue for them but through their playing & music sales.
I suggested before, well recorded live shows be sold.
A few shows here & there up for free.
Bonzo & the sound guy feel more money could be gained for these bands.

Aside from the music, the campgrounds in particular deserve some huge props. It was a great hike up the mountain to see an epic testament of enormous wind energy turbines! The surrounding mountains looked amazing in the sunset...Later the next day, Bret and I spent time along the very chilly (and appreciated) lush stream bed and creeks in the area. So nice to see beautiful New Hampshire..

I hope Gabo (or someone) finds his missing wallet. During clean-up we went searching for missing items amidst the (happy to say little amount of) garbage. It helps to clean up, especially when you find a slew of interesting unclaimed ground scores...

I don\'t remember the order of operations, but it all started with Memory of a Free Festival. Doughboy, WUIAC (?), new Dangles tune (?), Puppetry (also incredible), Mayfly (segued between 2 songs), TLATG< OE, and one helluvan epic Buquebus encore..Btw, this was one of THE best performances in history with Jordo on keys! Dangles really slammed the OE soloing, and the techno-esque animal drumming was tight and on point as usual! T-palms was on fire and we witnessed a fine balance between his technical scrutiny and the style/"feel" of his playing...

That was a great time.  Big ups for Bonzo who made this all happen, this never would of happened if it wasnt for him.  this is somehting that we all have been dreaming about for years and bonzo fucking man\'d up and threw one successful party.  We have all ready been talking semantics for next year and the owner was mad happy with how everything went down and is total game for a two day fest next year, obviously it\'s far off but it feels we may have a home.

I would say up to 300 people prob around 250.  It was great raging with all you kids.  Leith you are the man.  Bong rips all day and night saved my life.  I was honored to park most of you fools :) and was more than happy to help out gonzo who had plenty on his plate.  all acts threw down, i was really impressed with otis grove and mondo gecko rocked and are really good guys.  Breakfast was retarded, that puppetry and scheme were silly.  Im glad all you kids could make it and if one of those groundscores was a nice purple sparkly uber heady bowl, let me know, i didn\'t even smoke out of it...the bong was stuck to my hand.

Once again bonzo is the fucking man and next year if we want to throw a bigger rager he will def need more help, so we all got to make this happen.

O yeah Davis is a good friend of mine and a fucking committed dude, he was working his ass off and having a good time, i will call him to ask him about the deal with the soundboards, i have em and they sound retarded.

To next year and the Breakfast, thanks a lot guys.  and leith im sorry but that was a dyslexic mayfly, i love you dude.  and zuke    what, you dont say good night?

cant really say anything that hasnt been said already.....had a great time this weekend!  thought the vibe and atmosphere was perfect and really felt part of something special.  unfortunately missed otis groove, but tim acoustic was great, mondo gecko was awesome with a pretty badass second set that definitely set the mood perfectly for the rest of the night, and the breakfast was out of this world.  they played the shit out of every note of every song.  it was a great party that seemed to go on forever, with huge cheers during any brief break between songs.

thanks to everyone who helped make this possible and thanks to everyone there for making it a magical and memorable experience!  cant wait till the next one!

It\'s a bit nostalgic to sell music. Just like days of old.
You got to buy the music you love.
Let\'s see, to fit a 3hr36min show is 3cd\'s. If the songs fit right.
Want all you people to know, this show was epic!!!
Fresh & exciting from start to finish!

maybe somebody can figure out how to sell the soundboard digitally since it\'s not 1995?

Ken question for you

what was 3:36 ?

I looked at me recordings last night and I only have a little over 2 hours for the breakfast. Are you including Timmy solo in that time frame ?

I just want to be sure I didn\'t loose any music. I only listened briefly so I cannot say %100

Hope I did not miss too much on Sunday...Sleeping in the front of the truck proved nearly impossible so I had to split to get some rest and work late in the day.  I am struck by the overwhelming happiness of everyone in atendance.  Thanks Bonzo for the great idea.  Thanks to Matt for the great location.  Thanks to everyone else for a great time and awesome show.

By the way when you all do get a chance to hear this just do yourself a favor and be sitting at first.
As Fitz and I discussed this band does not always sound like this and when it does it is something to behold. The playing is so on point and so exploratory it makes another band famous for the same look like the old men they are.

No Ken no smookin just plain truth from my point of view.
The ideas put forth by the musicians on that stage were so intriguing to me and more satisfying to hear than the ideas being put forth by Phish which used to do the same with ease but now merely hit for portions of their shows.
If The Breakfast practiced and put forth the effort you hear in this show every show wow now that would be something!

Ser Biz all around for sure. Watching some of the footage at FitZ\'s was ear opening to say the least. You know when you\'re in the moment and the music has control it\'s difficult to actually discern what is being played by who.
Being able to take myself out and watch it helped show me just what the hell had happened and how into this the band was.
It only reinforced my feelings that this band will only die when the guys in it do.
I may not get as much as I want but if that\'s what I\'m gonna get when I do that is just fine with me.

Last time I checked, TB hasn\'t been to NJ since last year.  Other than there, there\'s been maybe 3 shows in NYC during the middle of the week... Other than that it\'s Upstate NY or New England...  If TB (not KF or other side projects play North Jersey, I\'ll be there...

I am not, but I do know Buddy from Cake Boss... Let the jokes begin...

That being said, if the band has a setlist, then they should post it...

All that\'s left to make this day complete is a KYS from Freddie...
