well, on the boards, i\'d say there\'s been a little more hubbub about them, but on a personal level, its been on the up and up.  i know both moe.rons that went to both the troy and lion\'s den shows that all had nothing but positive things to say.  and the upcoming philly show is looking to have the highest potential for new arrivals since the .down.  if a bunch of midwest or southeast dates were realized, i\'m sure there\'d be some more talk since most northeast moe.rons aren\'t as unfarmiliar w/ their greatness.

There are some midwest dates, but they probably won\'y post until the whole routing is together.

BTW, I have noticed more activity on other boards.  When I added the Rev Hall date to The Rhombus, the Iron Horse and Jersey shows were already there.

A few more people had checked them out than usual as well.

Appears that we have had plenty of new members on here in the last week, many of whom are based in NY and PA (instead of the usual CT enrollments).

I had so much fun at the Utica and moe.down shows!!  Utica was a bit of a reunion for friends so the first set was a wash for us, but everyone we went with or met there had nothing but good things to say.  Although I didn\'t catch all of the beer tent 3-set mayhem due to chatting w/ friends and running between the main stage and the bathroom and the beer tent, I still caught some great jams and boogied down w. some awesome folks for te 1st and 3rd sets!!  There were a bunch of us that were really impressed.  After seeing them in Chicago, I knew that I would see them again, and they delivered a high energy rockin\' time, and were great guys to talk to as well.

oh wow almost forgot what could have been the most satisfying part of the whole weekend!!!

so at setbreak at the Rev Hall show i was partaking in some setbreak activities, if ya know what i mean, and a kid was sorta wondering around so i invited him to join our lil session....we got to talking and the kid told us that he was a local and that this was his second time seeing the band and that his first was at moe.down....he said he had never heard of them before moe.down or even until he was walking by the beer tent and heard what he said was, "some amazing music."  so he went and checked it out and low and behold he was owned by the boys for all three sets.  He saw that they were playing at Rev Hall and got a crew together for the show, based on nothng but his experience at moe.down.....i gave him the .info plug, and we went our seperate ways.  But it def made the whole trip worth while to hear a newb gush about the boys like that.  Hopefully he signed up as a member and reads this...

I just noticed that the newest member chose the name Moe.down6ownage.  Perhaps that is your man?

here\'s some replies to a thread i left on a ski forum i know of.........

"Iwanna have Tim\'s babies...LOTS OF THEM! These guys have been one of my top 3 favorite bands ever since the first time I ever heard of them (which also happened to be the first time I ever saw them), and I\'ve been a slave to the Breakfast ever since. MMMMM yummmyyyy."

"saw em twice at moe.down man, they killed it. and i loved it because there were all these old guys who were like "its time for breakfast!" right before their 2nd set.
definatly an awesome band, they also played NicheFest
have you guys ever seen The Niche, similar style organ jam stuff. but the breakfast really blew me away"

"They are playing tomorrow night 50 feet from my dorm room. For free."

Quote Reply    ^" you better be at that shit then"

"Dude you\'re totally right about the drummer. He played hands down the most amazing drum solo I\'ve ever seen. I didn\'t think it was humanly possible to play like that, it was absolutely mind blowing."
