Man these guys just do not let up do they? Looks like yet another ripping show thrown down by PB.
-
Eschers>lit>rufus>ironman jam>soul sacrafice. What the hell is that man!!!!
-
Iron Man?! Please tell me there was tape rolling for that!
-
And Willie is back!
-
Thanks for the setlist, Dave; good stuff. Whata show.
-
iron man was just a tease more or less.no words.ser show last night.i did my duties for the weekend so ill see yaal at tobacco road!

OK, the setlist might look good, but this was an off night for the band. Garcian and Atrraction were the only seriously developed jams. Everything else lacked a sense of purpose. There were several uncharacteristically forced segues, particularly Mayfly>Phaddy. There was a lack of overall energy too. Not that there was no energy, but less than normal. It started with Adrian, who was very sick, and only playing at about 75%. He only played 43,789 notes, or about 4.8 notes per second, way down from his average of 6.13 notes per second, and no drum solo. The crowd looked real good at first. Good number, people were into it, same setup as Butterfield. But the end crowd was only about 50-60% of the start crowd. There was mad thinout, hard to see why. Too bad, because it looked real good at first with the very nice opening jam and good crowd. Get \'em next time.
Note count: 149,717 (Tim 39,377, Adrian 43,789, Jordan 38,601, Ron 27,950)

Thanx, Wolf. That is what I needed. A truthful description of the feel of the show. I realize this is only your opinion but sometimes a band is on and sometimes not. I have 13 shows on disc which rip and I have seen 4 shows all 4 were incredible. Lucky me. Of course PB will have an off nite here and there and as much as they play, I am surprised it is not more often. What\'s up w/ note counting ? How the hell do you do that accurately?
-
You just have to listen and have a brain that can work really fast. The best way I have found to visually display to people how fast my brain can work is by having them watch me play Tetris. If you ever see me play Tetris, you\'ll have no doubt that I can count notes.
-
OK I guess the wolf in you is Arctic Russian huh?
-
good point wolfy.maybe not necessarily a ser show but its good to still be able to go to shows and see them play.honestly i think the best show of the weekend was in boston.the best scene was in gloversville.musically in boston they took every song to the absolute limit.questionable setlist decisions but some intense jams.last night had alot of potential and hopefully next time is even better.150 people isnt that bad though.

The Plymouth folk looked like they were digging it...
-
WHAT UP DOG!!good meetin ya finally.ill see ya this weekend with that show.later
-
next time I am in town... you & me... one on one.... Tetris... I will break you....
-
Freddie Freddie Freddie! Same here my friend. I will definatly bring yer discs to Provy...leave em\' in the car so we don\'t have to deal with them in the show. Did you get my email? As far as folk talking about the show, I know what you mean about it maybe not getting off the ground, I personally thought it did and tho it was perhaps played at not-as deep a level as usual, it was fine. The desires of the crowd always create a feel. Personally, I had a Grate Time and it was just what I needed, I really cleared my head for the first Time in a few weeks; the music really spoke to me, and I feel Grate this wk because of the show, it energized me.
-
i didnt get your email but we shall meet at the living room.ill have your discs ready to go for ya.bring some heads!

Haha that\'s cute Marcial. Get in the long line of people who have said that to me before only to end up literally on their knees and bowing before me.
If you\'re good though, go to http://www.worldwinner.com and make it pay off. The competition is tough, but I\'ve grossed over $1000 and profited about $450 playing Tetris on there in the last year.

No siht Wolf ? The internet is the freakin\' best yeah. Did you hear abt Chris Moneymaker(real name). He entered an online poker match for $45. He won and was given an exemption to the World Series of Poker and won the whole thing like a million dollars all on $45. Thank You Al Gore 4 inventing the internet :)

I\'ve got a friend who finished top 10 in an online poker tournamant. He just got back from a 10 day full expense paid trip for two to Aruba for a tournament. They paid his $5,000 entry fee too. I guess all the big name guys were there, but he was most impressed by getting to play with Lou Diamond Phillips.
