possible pregame festivities. looks like some sort of art show. maybe a little high falutin for me...but there\'s good beer:

"Brooklynnovation: Poster Boy
Dogfish Head beer, no cover / 8pm-12am
3rd Ward
195 Morgan Ave.,
btw. Meadow and Stagg St.
East Williamsburg
(718) 715-4961

I\'ve been obsessed with Poster Boy on flickr for a while now, but the biggest thrill is spotting his stuff around town. At the 3rd Ward exhibition tonight, I\'m hoping to spot him in person (yeah, I\'m a lurker). Even New York Magazine reported on his recent shenanigans. Next thing you know he\'ll be more bank than Banksy."

zuke, that\'s an ambitious pregame. i was thinking more along the lines of cheap beers and debauchery: http://www.nycbestbar.com/downthehatch/

this is a college bar w/ 3.50 pints 11.00 pitchers. not gonna find much cheaper than that in nyc. and very close to sullivan hall, basically around the corner.

Perfect!  Let\'s pass out some flyers too and get some more heads to the show!

I\'m down with this. Will make me feel nice and old with all the young kids.  At least it\'s cheap beer.

Breakfast starts at midnight?? Fuck sleep, right?

I was actually considering making my first trip to NYC for a Breakfast show.... but that is a stupid-late time to start a show.

The venue won\'t even allow people in much before 12am if there is no opener.  I went to see Indobox/OL 2 weeks ago and it was the same deal.  B\'fast probably doesn\'t have much say in the matter. They will most likely play until 3:30/4 though, and the more people there the later they will let them play.  I say make the trip BDFree

No doubt the show will be epic. And I\'ll probably see the setlist and slap myself in the face the next day.

But damn that\'s late to be a long long way from home ...

manning up..... in consideration... I\'ll see if any locals want to take the ride down with me. Or if the pizzaburrito feels like getting a hotey or whatnot.
